BTB Mailflight is a polywrapping and mailing specialist. We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap around 5 million mail pieces a month. With inkjet and laser printers we provide a choice of addressing options, can insert up to 10 items into polythene (including 3 selective inserts), and can even covermount items. BTB Mailflight were finalists in the "Mailing House of the Year" category at the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA's) Magazine Production Awards which helps illustrate our expertise in the polywrapping and mailing of magazines and journals. We polywrap many well known magazine titles including weeklies, monthlies, quarterlies etc.

We have also achieved accreditation from the International Mail Distribution Accreditation Scheme (IMDAS) which is a quality standard specifically developed by the PPA to test the procedures and processes of international magazine mailing distribution services.

We polywrap millions of direct mail pieces including thick catalogues and directories down to smaller lightweight catalogues, brochures and leaflets. We can also sort the catalogue/brochure mailing and process the data in order to achieve postage discounts, often cheaper than Royal Mail Mailsort 2 and with a two day delivery!

As well as handling catalogue polywrapping mailings we also fulfil daily brochure and catalogue requests from our pick and pack facility enclosing catalogues and brochures into polybags with a carrier-sheet or applying address labels.
