Established in 1969, BTB Mailflight is one of the UK's most experienced companies in the mailing and fulfilment industry. We employ over 180 people and our group turnover is approximately £23 million.

We have three sites in the UK and mailing agents in over 70 countries worldwide. Our 43,000 square foot mail fulfilment division specialising in polywrapping, laser printing, inkjetting, and envelope enclosing is based in Bedford, and any international mail we are fulfilling and distributing goes to our site located near Heathrow where the final processing takes place before it leaves the country.

Our third site also located in Bedford is our 64,000 square foot order fulfilment operation with Contact Centre where we provide warehousing and pick and pack services fulfilling literature, marketing material, and products.

Bedford is approximately 50 miles north of London, with excellent road links as both the A1 and M1 are very nearby.

BTB Mailflight is still run by the founding family, but we also have the backing of La Poste who invested heavily in the company in March 2008. La Poste are not involved in the day to day running of the business and we are in no way limited to using La Poste's postal services, but as part of the La Poste Group we are part of Europe's second largest postal and fulfilment Group which will ensure we go from strength to strength.

We provide value for money fulfilment services, balancing price with quality, and as well as being accredited by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) we have also achieved the ISO9001:2000 quality standard and other industry accreditations.

We specialise in the fulfilment of marketing material, magazines, literature, and products for a wide variety of organisations, from large corporates and publishers, through to smaller online businesses and charities.

Many of BTB Mailflight's employees have worked here for 10, 20 and even 30 years! This helps contribute to the ethic of hard work, loyalty and continuous improvement throughout the company.
