Inkjet Addressing & PPI's

Our inkjet printers (Domino Bitjet 212), are market leading and capable of printing UK and international addresses, barcodes, and variable postal indicias either onto the polythene or the mail piece itself.

Carrier-Sheet & Letter Printing

We have two Xerox Nuvera laser printers, these are market leading printers suitable for printing personalised carrier-sheets and letters. We also have Oce continuous stationery printers for higher volume print runs.

Online Covermounting

We can automatically mount items onto the cover of the magazine/catalogue i.e. CDs, DVDs, plastic cards, products etc as the magazine/catalogue runs along the Sitma polywrapping production line and before it is polywrapped. These can be mounted with or without glue.

• Selective Insertion

We are one of few polywrapping companies that has invested in selective inserters on our polywrapping lines.

Selective inserters are able be controlled using flags in the data, so you can decide which people will or will not receive a particular insert instead of putting the insert in all of the direct mail pieces or having to split the mailing into smaller mailings. The significant advantages of selective insertion are:

You can target specific inserts to specific regions or customer types increasing the return on investment from this advertising.

By only including inserts in certain polywrapped packs instead of in all packs you reduce the number of inserts that need to be printed and inserted therefore a cost saving on print costs, inserting costs, and possibly postage costs due to reduced pack weights.

The mailing list does not need to be split to accommodate certain inserts for certain addresses allowing cost saving on data processing.

The mailing list stays together as one large mailing and therefore obtains the maximum Royal Mail discount available. This postage saving can be significant.

Turn Carrier Sheets Into £££

As well as online inkjet addressing we can laser print simplex or duplex carrier sheets. Many of our clients use these carrier sheets as a cost effective marketing tool printing adverts and marketing messages on them along with the readers name and address.

We can print variable messages and images so you can tailor your marketing and make it more personal and more likely to get a response. You can even include it as part of your subscription renewals campaigns i.e. if a subscriber's subscription runs out next month why not include a message reminding them that along with an incentive to subscribe!

Carrier sheets are printed on our Xerox Nuvera™ 100 Digital Production Systems. The Xerox Nuvera is a market leading monochrome digital printing systems offers a mix of high quality print with fast printing times.

We also have continuous reel laser printing capabilities for very high volume laser printing.
